My 14 Day Fitness Journey: Bootea Teatox Review - Part 1

My 14 day 28 day fitness journey with Bootea Teatox review
So in just under a month's time, I will be jetting off to Hong Kong and Bali! Exciting stuff yes, but it also means one thing... time to get my ass back into gear and start getting my body back into shape!

Having tried Skinnymint 28 Day Teatox Programme last Summer, I really wanted to do another teatox to help prep my holiday body. Due to Boot's amazing offer at the time (25% off Bootea), I bought Bootea's 28 Day Teatox Programme to see if it could give me better results than Skinnymint. However, as my goal isn't to lose weight but to tone up, I'm going to complete 14 days instead of 28.

My Current Situation:

Height - 5ft 5inches

Weight - 54.2kg | 8.5st

Fitness - Exercise once every two weeks.

Diet - Whatever the hell I want.

My New Situation:

Bootea
- Drink 14 Daytime Detox teabags everyday and drink 7 Bedtime Cleanse teabags every other night.

Fitness - Exercise 3-4 times a week with particular focuses on abs, legs and butt.

Diet - Still eat whatever I want if it's within my breakfast, lunch and dinner but am only allowed to have one take-away/eat-out meal once a week. Reduce snacking between meals. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.

Like I said earlier, my main goal isn't to lose weight but to get fitter and toned before my holiday. However, losing a few pounds would obviously be a bonus. I know that two weeks may seem a bit too short to see any substantial differences, but from experience I do know that teatoxing does reduce bloating and gets rid of bad toxins quite quickly. So with changes in my fitness and diet alongside the help of Bootea, I am hopeful to see good results in terms of tone and fitness after 14 days.

  1. You're in great shape already! So jealous! I'm currently on the fat loss struggle working out 3-4 times a week and eating grass pretty much lol X

    1. Aww thanks Natasha! I just want to tone up and want abs to magically appear lol. I can totally relate with eating rabbit food though, that's why I'm trying Bootea to see if it'll give me a breakthrough. X
